Preferred safe and lock saved me!! We had our locks replaced by another company and the work was never right for what they charged. Preferred safe and lock assessed the workmanship and quality and agreed that it wasn’t done properly. They came out and installed the correct door lock and repaired what the other company messed up. St Paul United Church of Christ uses Preferred Safe Lock for their locksmith needs. Jim and Steve are excellent to work with. Jim came out and changed all our locks at a very reasonable price. Personally, I've used them to rekey home locks. All I had to do was remove the cylinders and take them into their shop. Steve did a great job on the locks while we waited. I highly recommend them. There weren’t a bunch of reviews for this company so I was definitely skeptical, but (tell me you) I would definitely recommend. I never heard of a mobile mechanic but a diamond in the rough! The mechanic that came out to look at my car was so polite and even though I don’t know cars at all he showed me step by step what he was doing. I requested him to work on my car anytime I need car maintenance. Also it’s been week since my car has been waxed still popping.
